NO CHILDREN, FRIENDS OR FAMILY ARE ALLOWED TO ACCOMPANY YOU DURING YOUR VISIT. MINORS WITH AN
APPOINTMENT CAN BE ACCOMPANIED BY ONE ADULT.
FACE MASKS ARE OPTIONAL BUT ENCOURAGED. STAFF WILL CONTINUE TO WEAR MASKS.
Tips for Appointment Booking
Please check your email for confirmation. If you did not receive an email confirmation or text message confirming your appointment with date and time, contact us immediately. This means either your information is wrong or your appointment was not booked.
When Booking appointment, select REQUEST or BOOK NOW. DO NOT select ADD to CART unless your a purchasing a service for a later date. ADD to CART is not booking an appointment. If you have not received a confirmation contact us immediately.
All forms filled must be submitted to the profile belonging to the individual getting the service. Please DO NOT fill out their forms under your profile.
CANCELLATION, NO SHOW AND LATE POLICY
ASM requires 24 hours notification for cancellations of all services. It is the clients’ responsibility to provide notification by calling ASM.
Same day cancelations will be $25 for regular services and $50 for packages as they take up alot of time. No shows are still 50%.
